Nichole is a Chicago-raised designer, currently based in Truckee, CA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and her Masters of Architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Upon graduation she was awarded the UIC Association of Licensed Architects Student Merit Award in 2014 and the UCLA Alpha Rho Chi Metal (Leadership Award) in 2019.
Currently, she is a designer with HSH Interiors, a high-end residential interior design firm, working on remodels & new builds throughout the Lake Tahoe area (and even one in the Dominican Republic!).
Before making her way to the mountains, she held a Design Manager role in Los Angeles with Irongate, a real-estate development company, who’s focus is hospitality and residential projects in Baja California.
Past experiences also include Walker Workshop, Sharif-Lynch Architecture, Kuskin+May, Atelier Manferdini and The Model Shop. She has also held teaching assistant positions for both undergraduate design studios and graduate level seminars at UCLA.
Beyond the design world, you can catcher her snowboarding, exploring nature with her dog Jax, making homemade pasta or getting into something crafty.
